tess BL, a synopsis

Hi there- Tess Broughton-Lazareff (yes, my last name is ridiculous). At 20 years young and after two years immersing myself in a medical science degree I fell into a casual job at a Bridal store my friend worked in, and my fervour for the organisational aspects of the field catalysed my decision to switch from medicine to something more media and marketing focused. Now a year wiser and officially an 'adult' I'm thoroughly enjoying my newfound studies and excited for this different career path. I admire all the geniuses of media production (I'm borderline illiterate myself) and adore well though-out frameworks. What I'm most interested in is the production of websites and the tools to create their lay out for aesthetic and functional appeal.

I adore travelling- who doesn't. White sandy beaches, take me there. South America is the next dream and perhaps a bit of North America thrown in there too

http://www.thisiswhyimbroke.com/
This is why I'm broke is a site commonly looked over with friends, possibly with drinks, that starts discussions and excites the inner child within everyone. Although most of the inventions on this site are excessive, some are actually very clever and thought provoking. I always find it interesting seeing the initiative others take from everyday circumstances.

http://www.stumbleupon.com/
The bane of my university degree, stumble upon is the site that keeps on giving. you select what interests you wish to 'stumble' onto from webpages gathered by the site and then just click away. Whether it be humour, history, world news or fashion, stumble upon provides such a broad platform to view it all, its addictive.

HA! I first viewed this video when my closest friend sent it to me to lighten me up prior to HSC trials in 2008. It has been my go-to pick me up ever since and to know Tess is to know, there is no chance of me watching this video without cracking up.
Apologies for not uploading something more profound, but enjoy.

Stumble is easily my favourite form of distraction, so many things to discover and enjoy, like cat videos.
